Description

Notes by Rob Buran:

Brad Delp, lead singer for Boston, was the only member of the band to agree to speak. My brother Jim was a Clarkson College engineering student and asked me to ask them about something lead guitarist/engineer Tom Scholz designed and used called a "Doubler." He also mentions something else Tom designed called a "Powersoak." Brad was very friendly and fun to be with, handling a questioner who kept interrupting his answers. A very down-to-earth guy. They had just released the album Don't Look Back. Note the mercury-vapor lights.
